17 Firefox Add-Ons
The main purpose of this post is to keep track of the Firefox Add-ons that I use. Most of them are extremely useful in allowing me to increase productivity. Actually, it isn’t most of them, it’s all of them.
All-in-One Gestures
This extension allows you to execute common commands using mouse gestures. It makes browsing much more faster and I have hidden the navigation toolbar allowing more web space to view web pages.
Commentful
Keeps track of blog comments and notifies of updates.
DownloadHelper
Download videos and images from many sites.

This is what I used to generate the list of the extensions I have installed.
FaviconizeTab
The width of the specified tab becomes small up to the size of favicon.
Firefox Universal Uploader (fireuploader)
Provides an user friendly interface to upload files to various websites eg. Box.net, Flickr, Youtube, Picasa, Facebook
Foxmarks Bookmark Synchronizer
Synchronizes your bookmarks across machines.
Google Reader Notifier
This gives a notification when there are new content in Google Reader.
GridFox
Displays a grid on top of a website.
MeasureIt
Draw out a ruler to get the pixel width and height of any elements on a web page.
oldbar
This makes the AwesomeBar look like that location bar from Firefox 2.
PicLens
This add-ons lets you browse photos and videos on websites like Flickr and YouTube in a full screen environment.
ReloadEvery
Reloads web pages every so many seconds or minutes.
Screen grab!
Saves a web page as an image. This is handy for screenshots.
Shareaholic
Found something awesome online and can’t wait to pass it on? This add-on allows to share content on multiple websites.
Web Developer
Adds a menu and a toolbar with various web developer tools. This is essential for anybody creating or modifying websites.
Xoopit for Gmail
This finds all media files in my Gmail account and lets me browse through them.
