Right-Click Image Editing
I just installed Adobe Photoshop in Windows XP and all my options to edit photos like rotating, printing and setting as background disappeared. A quick search on Google taught me to just type regsvr32 shimgvw.dll in the Run (WIN+R) window. That puts the menu back to normal.
